Directions for use

·       Administer 5 sprays sublingually in the evening before bedtime.

·       Suitable for children over 14 years old and adults.

·       A minimum 3-month course is recommended

·       Shake vigorously before use. A full, firm, continuous spray is recommended (avoid partial presses). We recommend 3 mg (15 sprays) for adults with minor difficulty falling asleep; 5 mg (25 sprays) for adults with major difficulty initiating sleep.
